The priority of the BELSTAL Ltd. - registered office in Olkusz – is to fulfil customer requirements by providing high and stable quality service, regarding plastic metal sheet processing and achieving and maintaining high quality of products, manufactured for household appliance sector and automotive industry.

Our goods must comply with technical and quality requirements and should fulfil our customer needs and expectations.

We want to provide comprehensive quality service to our customers, based on broad and professional engineering knowledge, combined with practical experience.

Our staff is competent due to appropriate education, participation in trainings, interpersonal skills and practical experience.

We accomplish our aim by:

  • recognizing our customer needs and expectations, both external and internal,
  • individual and solid customer approach and earning long-lasting customer trust,
  • fulfilling all statutory requirements concerning our sector,
  • improving qualifications, skills and professionalism of our company staff as well as encouraging our personnel to take responsibility for quality of products and services,
  • improving all processes carried out in our company.

The guarantee of achieving the determined aims is our Management and employees awareness of necessity of continuing improvement of customer satisfaction, regarding fulfilling their needs and fulfilling requirements according to PN-EN ISO 9001:2009.

We put the stated policy into practice along with our workers (where the Quality Management System ISO is enhanced by strictly obeyed and implemented self-control system) taking care of its validity.
