Increase of production possibilities.
September brought new investments and increase of production possibilities in so far as production of engravings and shallow-bended elements.
Putting into use in rectifier line solution of 11 chromed rollers enable production of both stainless and black steel elements. High workload of this line as well as its high precision of applications allow to obtain proper repeatability in big production series. The machine enables production from tapes of thickness from 0.5 mm to 3.5 mm.
Accordingly implementing company policy, feed-slide line, which maximum pressure is 120 tonnes, was extended with modern mechanical press produced by Italian company MIOS. This system of machines can fully accomplish the most demanding tasks.
Due to customers' expectations in our company there was installed fully automatic industrial washing stand produced by Polish company ULTRON. It works in closed circulation providing washing, rinsing and drying details after the process of pressing.
